This hashbrown casserole is the perfect addition to any breakfast. My mom has been making this for as long as I can remember. You can actually prep the whole thing ahead of time, or make it day of.
Hashbrown Casserole
Servings: 8 people
Ingredients
- 1 can Cream of Chicken Store bought or homemade
- 3 tbsp Butter Melted
- 1 bag Frozen Shredded Hashbrowns 26-30 oz bag
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 ½ cups cheese We like a Cheddar or Colby
- ¼ cup onion Chopped
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp garlic powder
Instructions
- Mix all of the ingredients together in a large mixing bowl.
- Spray a 9×13 oven safe pan and pour the mixture in.
- You can cover these and bake later or bake now.
- Bake at 350° for about 40 min or until everything is heated through.
