Looking for a quick, crowd-pleasing appetizer that’s light, fresh, and takes just 5 minutes to whip up? Say hello to this No-Bake Caprese Dip—a fun twist on the classic Caprese salad, layered with creamy cheese, juicy tomatoes, fresh basil, and a drizzle of balsamic glaze. Best part? No oven required.
I use Alouette Garlic & Herb spreadable cheese as the base for a boost of creamy, herby flavor, but feel free to swap in whipped cream cheese or ricotta if that’s what you have on hand.
Trust me—this dip disappears fast. You might want to make a double batch.
