We are loving all of the strawberry things right now. This crumble is absolutely delicious and so easy to make.
Strawberry Crumble
Ingredients
Filling
- 2 lbs fresh strawberries
- ¼ cup corn starch
- ¼ cup sugar
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
Crumble Topping
- ⅔ cup oats
- ⅔ cup flour
- ½ cup brown sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- ½ tsp ground cinnamon
- ¼ tsp salt
- ½ cup cold butter cut into pieces
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350˚F.
- Dice strawberries and sprinkle with corn starch, sugar, and lemon juice. Stir to combine.
- Pour mixture into a baking dish.
- In a separate bowl, add the oats, flour, brown sugar, salt, cinnamon and vanilla extract and stir.
- Add in butter and combine and pour over the strawberry mixture.
- Bake at 350˚F for 40 minutes.
- Top with whipped cream or ice cream.
