Preheat oven to 350˚F.
Dice strawberries and sprinkle with corn starch, sugar, and lemon juice. Stir to combine.
Pour mixture into a baking dish.
In a separate bowl, add the oats, flour, brown sugar, salt, cinnamon and vanilla extract and stir.
Add in butter and combine and pour over the strawberry mixture.
Bake at 350˚F for 40 minutes.
Top with whipped cream or ice cream.
