Granola
Ingredients
- 6 cups uncooked oats
- ½ cup melted coconut oil
- ½ cup brown sugar
- ½ cup chopped nuts of choice
- ⅓ cup honey
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- ½ cup sourdough discard (completely optional – just omit if you don't have it)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375℉
- Line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
- Mix all granola ingredients together and then spread the mixture evenly between two pans.
- Cook for 20-25 minutes, mixing half way through to make sure the edges don't get too done.
- Completely cool before transferring to a container or tasting.
