Granola
Ingredients

cups
uncooked oats
½
cup
melted coconut oil
½
cup
brown sugar
½
cup
chopped nuts of choice
⅓
cup
honey
1
tsp
vanilla extract
½
cup
sourdough discard
(completely optional - just omit if you don't have it)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375℉
Line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
Mix all granola ingredients together and then spread the mixture evenly between two pans.
Cook for 20-25 minutes, mixing half way through to make sure the edges don't get too done.
Completely cool before transferring to a container or tasting.
Notes
We love this as a snack, on top of granola or as cereal!
