Granola

Ingredients

  • 6 cups uncooked oats
  • ½ cup melted coconut oil
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • ½ cup chopped nuts of choice
  • cup honey
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ½ cup sourdough discard (completely optional - just omit if you don't have it)

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375℉
  • Line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
  • Mix all granola ingredients together and then spread the mixture evenly between two pans.
  • Cook for 20-25 minutes, mixing half way through to make sure the edges don't get too done.
  • Completely cool before transferring to a container or tasting.

Notes

We love this as a snack, on top of granola or as cereal!
