We love an easy slow cooker recipe and this potato side dish is easy and delicious. There is so much flavor in these little bite sized potatoes. Side note – they are perfect for Easter!
Garlic and Rosemary Crock Pot Potatoes
Ingredients
- 24 oz bag Petite Yukon Gold Potatoes
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp butter
- 2 cloves minced garlic
- 1 ½ tsp rosemary
- ½ tsp salt We used Truffle salt for extra flavor
- ½ tsp onion powder
- ½ tsp thyme
- ½ tsp parsley
- 2 tbsp shredded parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp garnish (parsley or thyme)
Instructions
- Add all of the ingredients into the slow cooker except for the parmesan cheese and the garnish.
- Cook in the slow cooker on high for 1-2 hours or low for 3-4 hours.
- Top with parmesan and garnish of choice and serve!
