French Toast Sticks
Ingredients
- 12 slices bread
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat your griddle to medium-high heat.
- Whisk together the eggs, milk, cinnamon and vanilla.
- Dip each piece of bread into the mixture and cook on the griddle until golden brown, then flipping to cook the other side.
- Move to a cutting board and cut each piece of french toast into 4's.
- If freezing – freeze in a single layer with parchment in between each layer. Once frozen move to a freezer friendly bag.
