French Toast Sticks

Ingredients

  • 12 slices bread
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  • Preheat your griddle to medium-high heat.
  • Whisk together the eggs, milk, cinnamon and vanilla.
  • Dip each piece of bread into the mixture and cook on the griddle until golden brown, then flipping to cook the other side.
  • Move to a cutting board and cut each piece of french toast into 4's.
  • If freezing - freeze in a single layer with parchment in between each layer. Once frozen move to a freezer friendly bag.
