Bone Broth in the Crock Pot
Ingredients
- Bones from a full chicken
- water
- Veggie scraps onions, celery, carrots, etc
- 1 tsp Herbs Use your favorites – parsley, thyme, basil
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
Instructions
- Put all of the chicken bones into the CrockPot with veggie scraps.
- Add in your favorite herbs. About a tsp of each one.
- Add the ACV.
- Add enough water to cover the bones.
- Cook on low for 12-14 hours.
- Strain the broth into a container for the fridge or freezer.
