These Asian-inspired beef and broccoli bowls are an easy dinner for nights when I don’t feel like spending a lot of time in the kitchen. Ground beef, broccoli, and colorful bell peppers come together for a satisfying meal with plenty of vegetables—and a little variety from our usual ground beef dinners.
I love a good bowl meal because it’s easy to make it work for everyone. Serve the beef and vegetables over rice, use cauliflower rice, or enjoy them on their own. Simple, colorful, and just right for a busy weeknight!
