Bone Broth in the Crock Pot

Ingredients

  • Bones from a full chicken
  • water
  • Veggie scraps onions, celery, carrots, etc
  • 1 tsp Herbs Use your favorites - parsley, thyme, basil
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar

Instructions

  • Put all of the chicken bones into the CrockPot with veggie scraps.
  • Add in your favorite herbs. About a tsp of each one.
  • Add the ACV.
  • Add enough water to cover the bones.
  • Cook on low for 12-14 hours.
  • Strain the broth into a container for the fridge or freezer.
