We have been making this recipe for a couple of years now and and each year we make a few adjustments to make it better and better. This is so delicious and so pretty when its done!
Apple Cider Bundt Cake
Ingredients
Bundt Cake
- 1 box yellow cake mix
- ¾ cup apple cider I prefer a really good quality or homemade for better flavor.
- 2 tbsp melted butter I prefer salted
- ½ cup applesauce
- 3 eggs
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla
Topping
- ¼ cup sugar
- ½ tsp cinnamon
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350℉
- Combine all of the Bundt cake ingredients and mix well.
- Pour the batter into a greased and floured bundt pan and bake for 45 minutes.
- Let the cake cool for 20-30 minutes and then turn upside down onto a platter to release the cake from the pan.
- Mix together the cinnamon and sugar and sprinkle all over the cake – The top and sides.
