Apple Cider Bundt Cake

Ingredients

Bundt Cake

  • 1 box yellow cake mix
  • ¾ cup apple cider I prefer a really good quality or homemade for better flavor.
  • 2 tbsp melted butter I prefer salted
  • ½ cup applesauce
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla

Topping

  • ¼ cup sugar
  • ½ tsp cinnamon

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350℉
  • Combine all of the Bundt cake ingredients and mix well.
  • Pour the batter into a greased and floured bundt pan and bake for 45 minutes.
  • Let the cake cool for 20-30 minutes and then turn upside down onto a platter to release the cake from the pan.
  • Mix together the cinnamon and sugar and sprinkle all over the cake - The top and sides.
