Steak and Potato Bowls (with Spinach)

Nov 4, 2026 | Dinner

These steak and potato bowls bring together browned steak, golden potatoes, and wilted spinach for a hearty, satisfying dinner. It’s a simple combination, but those crisp potato edges and savory bites of steak make it something to look forward to at the end of the day.

I love meals like this that use familiar ingredients and don’t need a long list of extras. With the spinach tucked right in, you’ve got meat, potatoes, and greens all together in one cozy bowl!

Watch me make this here!
