Ingredients
- 2 cups flour
- ¼ cup sugar
- 4 tsp baking powder
- ¼ tsp baking saoda
- ½ tsp salt
- 2 scoops unflavored protein powder completely optional
- 1 ⅔ cups milk
- 4 tbsp melted butter
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Mix together all of the dry ingredients together. Add in wet ingredients and mix until just combined. Lumps are ok.
- Pour 1/4 cup of batter onto a hot griddle.
- When bubbles form, flip the pancake.
- *If you are going to freeze them, freeze in a single layer on a baking sheet with parchment in between each layer. Then when frozen you can put in a freezer safe bag. Reheat for about 45 seconds from frozen
