Mix together all of the dry ingredients together. Add in wet ingredients and mix until just combined. Lumps are ok.
Pour 1/4 cup of batter onto a hot griddle.
When bubbles form, flip the pancake.
*If you are going to freeze them, freeze in a single layer on a baking sheet with parchment in between each layer. Then when frozen you can put in a freezer safe bag. Reheat for about 45 seconds from frozen
