Pancakes

Ingredients

  • 2 cups flour
  • ¼ cup sugar
  • 4 tsp baking powder
  • ¼ tsp baking saoda
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 2 scoops unflavored protein powder completely optional
  • 1 ⅔ cups milk
  • 4 tbsp melted butter
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  • Mix together all of the dry ingredients together. Add in wet ingredients and mix until just combined. Lumps are ok.
  • Pour 1/4 cup of batter onto a hot griddle.
  • When bubbles form, flip the pancake.
  • *If you are going to freeze them, freeze in a single layer on a baking sheet with parchment in between each layer. Then when frozen you can put in a freezer safe bag. Reheat for about 45 seconds from frozen
