We have been enjoying this recipe for years and have tweaked it along the way to make it a favorite! All of these flavors work so well together and are so refreshing.
Greek Dip
Ingredients
- 8 oz container of hummus
- 1 cup greek yogurt we use a plain, fat free.
- ½ tsp olive or avocado oil
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp red wine vinegar
- ½ tsp salt
- 2 tsp dill
- 1 cup diced cucumber
- 1 cup diced tomato
- ¼ cup crumbled feta cheese
- ¼ cup kalamata olives

Ingredient prep
- Mix together the greek yogurt, oil, lemon juice, red wine vinegar, salt and dill.
- Fine dice your tomatoes, removing the seeds. Pat dry with a paper towel.
- Fine dice your the cucumber, removing the seeds. Pat dry with a paper towel.
- Fine dice the kalamata olives.
Layer
- Spread the hummus into a serving dish. Top with the yogurt mixture and spread over the top but do not mix , creating another layer.
- Top with cucumber, then tomato, then feta cheese and kalamata olives.
- Top with some extra dill for color and flavor,
