Fig Flatbread

I had this at a restaurant once and HAD to figure out a way to make something similar. It was so delicious! This is really easy to make at home and so good.

Fig Flatbread

Servings: 4 people

Ingredients

  • 1 flatbread
  • 3-4 oz goat cheese or ricotta cheese separated
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ¼ tsp red pepper flakes
  • ½ tsp thyme
  • 3 handfuls roughly chopped arugula
  • 3 tbsp fig spread
  • 2-3 oz prosciutto torn into pieces

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 425℉
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and lay the flatbread on the baking sheet.
  • Spread about 2oz of the goat cheese over the flatbread and sprinkle with spices.
  • Add the roughly chopped arugula.
  • Put the fig spread into a separate bowl and mix well. It will make it drizzle more easily. Then drizzle all over the top of the arugula.
  • Tear the prosciutto into pieces and add it to the flatbread
  • Crumble an additional 1-2 ounces of goat cheese onto the top of everything.
  • Bake for 8-10 minutes.
  • Cut into slices and serve!
