I had this at a restaurant once and HAD to figure out a way to make something similar. It was so delicious! This is really easy to make at home and so good.
Fig Flatbread
Servings: 4 people
Ingredients
- 1 flatbread
- 3-4 oz goat cheese or ricotta cheese separated
- ½ tsp onion powder
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ¼ tsp red pepper flakes
- ½ tsp thyme
- 3 handfuls roughly chopped arugula
- 3 tbsp fig spread
- 2-3 oz prosciutto torn into pieces
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425℉
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and lay the flatbread on the baking sheet.
- Spread about 2oz of the goat cheese over the flatbread and sprinkle with spices.
- Add the roughly chopped arugula.
- Put the fig spread into a separate bowl and mix well. It will make it drizzle more easily. Then drizzle all over the top of the arugula.
- Tear the prosciutto into pieces and add it to the flatbread
- Crumble an additional 1-2 ounces of goat cheese onto the top of everything.
- Bake for 8-10 minutes.
- Cut into slices and serve!
