Chicken Sausage Crumbles or Patties
Servings: 8 patties
Ingredients
- 1 lb ground chicken
- ½ tsp oregano
- ½ tsp thyme or 1 tsp fresh thyme
- ½ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp pepper
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp onion powder
- ½ tsp fennel seeds
- ¼ tsp paprika
Instructions
- Mix all of the ingredients together well. Cover and put into the refrigerator for about an hour.
- Form 2oz patties and cook through over medium heat.
- Serve or store in a container for reheat later.
