This is one of the easiest recipes I make. We love this one because I can make it on a Sunday evening, and have it ready in the fridge for several days for lunches! It is absolutely delicious on a sandwich, wrap or even just by itself.
Chicken Salad with Grapes and Nuts
Ingredients
- 2 Chicken breasts cooked and shredded
- ½ cup red grapes cut in half
- ¼ cup walnuts or pecans chopped
- ⅓ cup non fat plain greek yogurt
- 4-5 tbsp mayo
- 1 tsp salt
Instructions
- Mix all of the ingredients together and serve on bread, in a wrap or on a bed of lettuce!
