Greek Dip

We have been enjoying this recipe for years and have tweaked it along the way to make it a favorite! All of these flavors work so well together and are so refreshing.

Greek Dip

Ingredients

  • 8 oz container of hummus
  • 1 cup greek yogurt we use a plain, fat free.
  • ½ tsp olive or avocado oil
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp red wine vinegar
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 2 tsp dill
  • 1 cup diced cucumber
  • 1 cup diced tomato
  • ¼ cup crumbled feta cheese
  • ¼ cup kalamata olives

Instructions

Ingredient prep

  • Mix together the greek yogurt, oil, lemon juice, red wine vinegar, salt and dill.
  • Fine dice your tomatoes, removing the seeds. Pat dry with a paper towel.
  • Fine dice your the cucumber, removing the seeds. Pat dry with a paper towel.
  • Fine dice the kalamata olives.

Layer

  • Spread the hummus into a serving dish. Top with the yogurt mixture and spread over the top but do not mix , creating another layer.
  • Top with cucumber, then tomato, then feta cheese and kalamata olives.
  • Top with some extra dill for color and flavor,
