Preheat the oven to 375 degrees if you are making this right away. Skip if you are making this a freezer meal.
Cook pasta according to package instructions.
Brown meat and set to the side to cool.
Mix ricotta cheese, 1/2 of the mozzarella cheese, 1/2 of the Parmesan cheese, egg, italian seasoning, and salt (I also added a touch of milk). Add in meat.
Drain shells. Stuff shells with ricotta mixture and place in a 9x13-inch baking dish. Pour pasta sauce mixture over the shells.
Top with the rest of the mozzarella and parmesan cheese.
Cover and bake for 20-30 min then remove foil and bake for an additional 5-10.
*If you are making this a freezer meal, follow all of the above instructions except the baking. Store in the freezer and take it out when you are ready to bake!
