Snowball Cookies

This recipe is for the full version, but I usually cut it in half when I make them
Servings: 26 cookies

Ingredients

  • 1 cup softened butter
  • ½ cup sweetened condensed milk
  • ¼ cup powdered sugar
  • cups flour
  • 3 tsp baking powder
  • more powdered sugar for dusting

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 320℉
  • Add the softened butter to a mixing bowl and beat for a few minutes until it's light and fluffy.
  • Add the sweetened condensed milk and beat again until it's fully incorporated scraping down the sides of the bowl as needed.
  • Add in the powdered sugar, flour and baking powder and beat to combine.
  • Using a cookie scoop, scoop the dough onto a parchment lined baking sheet. No need to shape them, just release them from the scoop.
  • Bake at 320° for 12 minutes.
  • Let the cookies cool on a cooling rack and then dust with powdered sugar.
