Snowball Cookies
This recipe is for the full version, but I usually cut it in half when I make them
Servings: 26 cookies
- 1 cup softened butter
- ½ cup sweetened condensed milk
- ¼ cup powdered sugar
- 2¼ cups flour
- 3 tsp baking powder
- more powdered sugar for dusting
Preheat the oven to 320℉
Add the softened butter to a mixing bowl and beat for a few minutes until it's light and fluffy.
Add the sweetened condensed milk and beat again until it's fully incorporated scraping down the sides of the bowl as needed.
Add in the powdered sugar, flour and baking powder and beat to combine.
Using a cookie scoop, scoop the dough onto a parchment lined baking sheet. No need to shape them, just release them from the scoop.
Bake at 320° for 12 minutes.
Let the cookies cool on a cooling rack and then dust with powdered sugar.
