Rinse rice under cold water. In a saucepan, combine rice, beef stock, ½ tsp salt, and ½ tsp onion powder. Bring to a boil and then reduce until liquid is absorbed.
Cut broccoli into florets and toss with 1 tbsp of oil, 2 cloves of minced garlic and ½ tsp salt. Steam in a steam basket or in the microwave.
Combine 2 tsp of paprika, 1 tsp of salt and ½ tsp of pepper into a bowl for the steak seasoning.
Dry off steaks and cut into 1 inch slices then season with a touch of oil and seasoning.
Add 1 tbsp of butter into a pan and melt on high. Sear all sides of the steaks on high heat in a pan. Cook to desired temperature.
Plate and serve!
