Wash and cube potatoes. Cut green beans into bite sized pieces.
Add potatoes and green beans to a large pot. Add enough water to cover plus 1 tsp of salt and bring to a boil. Cook for 10 minutes.
Drain potatoes and green beans.
Add the oil to a skillet and cook the sausage through.
Remove the sausage from the skillet and add in the potatoes and green beans, adding more oil if needed. Let them sautee and get a little bit of color, turning ocassionally to get color on all sides.
Put the sausage back in to reheat.
