Overnight Muesli
Ingredients
⅓
cup
oats
⅓
cup
milk
⅓
cup
greek yogurt
We use plain, non-fat but you can use whatever you like best
1
tsp
maple syrup
¼
chopped apple
Or any other fruit you like
Instructions
Combine everything into a small glass jar with a lid.
Leave in the fridge overnight and eat in the morning!
Notes
We make 4-5 of these at a time. I have been asked before if you can heat them. We like them cold so I haven't tried.
