Homemade "Cream of" soup
Ingredients

cup
butter

tbsp
all purpose flour
1
cup
milk
1
cup
bone broth or chicken broth
½
tsp
pepper
Instructions
Melt butter in a saucepan.
Add flour and make a paste.
Add milk and broth.
Cook over low heat until thickened. Add pepper to taste.
You may want to add more milk when adding the other soup ingredients, depending on the thickness you desire.
