Cream Cheese Mints

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 4 oz cream cheese softened
  • ½ tsp peppermint extract
  • cups powdered sugar

Instructions

  • Cream together the butter, cream cheese and peppermint extract.
  • Add the powdered sugar about 1/2 cup at a time and full incorporate.
  • Optional: Food Coloring can be added to create different colors.
  • Use a piping bag or a cookie press to make the shapes you would like. (feel free to just use a sandwich bag with the tip cut off)
  • Let them harden up for about 24 hours before eating.
