Start by adding the oats to the food processor for about a minute. I like to make them a little more into a powder before adding all of the other ingredients.
Add in all other ingredients except water and combine.
Only add water if the ingredients aren't pulling together. 1 tsp at a time.
Use your 1.5 tbsp scoop and press the ingredients into a ball shape. You really can't roll these, its more of a press and shape motion.
Store in the fridge for 4-5 days or in the freezer and thaw when ready to eat.
