Combine all of the spices in a bowl
Cut the chicken into bite sized pieces and toss in the spice blend.
Heat your oil and butter in a large pot or dutch oven over medium-high heat. You want the butter to get foamy.
Add in the chicken and sear (it doesn't have to cook all the way through)
Add in minced garlic and cook on medium heat for just a minute or two.
Add in your can of tomatoes and stir everything together, scraping the bottom of the pot to pull up any bits.
Add in chicken broth, put a lid on and just bring up to a boil.
Add in the pasta and stir. Then turn down the heat to a medium low.
Cook the pasta for about 10 minutes or until pasta is al dente.
Stir in cream cheese and let it melt.
Serve!
