Preheat oven to 325℉
Liberally spray an 8 inch baking dish, put parchment paper in the dish and spray that as well.
In a large mixing bowl, mix together the dry ingredients (1 ½ cups of sugar, ¾ cup flour, ⅔ cup cocoa powder, ½ cup powdered sugar, and ¾ tsp salt). I like to sift all of my ingredients to make sure there are no clumps.
In another bowl, mix together wet ingredients (2 eggs, 2 tbsp milk , ½ cup coconut oil and½ tsp almond or vanilla extract).
Combine wet and dry ingredients but don't overmix.
Add in chocolate chips.
Pour mixture into your baking dish.
Bake for 40-45 min.
Let the brownies cool before you take them out of the baking dish and cut them.
