Shred the carrot (This is an option ingredient but I like how it bulks up the recipe and adds a little more color)
Sautee the ground meat in 1 tsp of oil. I like to add in spices at this point - cumin, ginger, garlic, whatever spices you love.
Add in the bag of coleslaw and the carrots.
Sautee for a min and add a little more oil if needed.
Add the coconut aminos and let the recipe cook for 5-7 minutes until the coleslaw softens up a bit.
Add salt if needed
Serve with fresh parsley if desired.
