Instructions
Add the pasta, butter, cream cheese, salt, pepper, milk and heavy cream to the crock pot. Cook for about 2 hours on low until the pasta is chewy. 4 tbsps Butter pats
After 2 hours, stir it all together and add the cheese a little bit at a time, incorporating into the pasta.
Cook for an additional 30 minutes with the lid slightly offset to let some liquid evaporate.
