Crock Pot Mac and Cheese

Ingredients

  • 1 lb Pasta
  • 4 tbsps Butter pats
  • 4 oz cream cheese
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 2 cups whole milk
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 cups cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup other kind of cheese (pepperjack, parmesan, gruyere, etc)

Instructions

  • Add the pasta, butter, cream cheese, salt, pepper, milk and heavy cream to the crock pot. Cook for about 2 hours on low until the pasta is chewy. 4 tbsps Butter pats
  • After 2 hours, stir it all together and add the cheese a little bit at a time, incorporating into the pasta.
  • Cook for an additional 30 minutes with the lid slightly offset to let some liquid evaporate.
