Coat the Rim Deviled Eggs
Servings: 12 Deviled Eggs
Yolk Filling Mixture
- 6 eggs hard boiled Yolks and white separated
- 4-6 tbsp mayo
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- ½ tsp dry mustard
- ½ tsp pickle juice
- ½ tsp Worcestershire sauce
- ½ tsp Paprika
- ½ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp cayenne
Rim Coat
- 2 tsp seafood seasoning Like Old Bay
- 1 tsp paprika
- ½ tsp cayenne optional
Cut the eggs in half, remove the yolk and egg yolks to a bowl. Put the whites aside for the filling.
Add all of the yolk filling mixture ingredients to a bowl and mix together. Add to a piping bag.
In a small bowl combine all of the rim coating ingredients and place them in a shallow dish or plate.
Dip the egg white into the coating ingredients and then place on a plate so they are ready for the filling.
Fill the eggs with the yolk mixture and serve.
