Chicken Pitas (NO COOK)
- Pita Bread
- 1½ cups shredded rotisserie chicken
- 1 tomato sliced
- 6-8 lettuce leaves
Tzatziki Sauce
- ½ cup finely grated cucumber water drained and squeezed out
- 1 cup greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- ½ tbsp oil
- ½ tbsp red wine vinegar
- 1 garlic clove grated
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 tbsp dill
Combine all of the ingredients of the Tzatziki sauce in a bowl. Lay out a pita and top with Tzatziki sauce, lettuce, tomato and shredded chicken, then a little more Tzatziki. Roll up and enjoy!
