Chicken Pitas (NO COOK)

Ingredients

  • Pita Bread
  • cups shredded rotisserie chicken
  • 1 tomato sliced
  • 6-8 lettuce leaves

Tzatziki Sauce

  • ½ cup finely grated cucumber water drained and squeezed out
  • 1 cup greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • ½ tbsp oil
  • ½ tbsp red wine vinegar
  • 1 garlic clove grated
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp dill

Instructions

  • Combine all of the ingredients of the Tzatziki sauce in a bowl.
  • Lay out a pita and top with Tzatziki sauce, lettuce, tomato and shredded chicken, then a little more Tzatziki.
  • Roll up and enjoy!
