Blue Cheese Coleslaw
Ingredients
Coleslaw
- 2 bags shredded coleslaw mix
- ¼ cup toasted pecans
Dressing
- 1 cup crumbled blue cheese
- 1 cup mayo we use Duke's
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 tsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp hot pepper sauce
- 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tbsp chopped parsley
- 1 tbsp honey
- 3 tbsp chopped green onion
- 1 tsp ground black pepper
- 1 tsp salt
Instructions
- Prep all ingredients.
- Mix the dressing ingredients together, then add pecans and slaw mix.
Notes
We prefer less dressing in ours and sometimes we will increase the amount of blue cheese. If you want more dressing, either use just one bag of coleslaw mix, or double the dressing amount.
